There are no restrictions on parking as there are no planning conditions as the use of the site for the storage and distribution of bulk construction materials was allowed by a Certificate of Lawfulness in 2007 as 06/01243/LUEX and thus as usual in the case of a Certificate no conditions can be imposed..
