development site - Land at Oakwood Park, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex are
named "Auger Road", "Tellin Way", "Otter Way", "Pebble Drive",
"Shore Way", "Barnacle Way", "Shingle Way", "Sandy Drive" and
"Spindle Drive".
