(a) To accept the transfer of Plot 21, 4 Kidby Way, Weeley Heath, CO16 9FG to the Council as an Affordable Housing Dwelling for the price of One Pound (£1); and
(b) To acquire a shareholding in Kidby’s Management Company Ltd (Company No. 10761082) with the official representative of the Council to be nominated by the Chief Executive.
