A1 - Various Licensing Provisions - Applications Approved Under Delegated Powers This report seeks to provide the Committee with data on the number of licences, certificates and permits authorised by the Council recently. The majority of these have been authorised by Officers in accordance with approved schemes of delegation. |

A2 - Licensing Enforcement Schedule of Routine Licensing Inspections for 2023 The purpose of this report is to invite the Committee to consider the arrangements for routine inspections of licences, permits, consents etc within the scope of the Committee’s work. Additional documents: |

A.3 Review Of The Licensing Fees and Charges 2023 To submit to the Committee details of the current licensing fees and charges for the issuing and renewal of licenses, consents, and permits issued by the Council’s Licensing Team and to seek approval for changes set out to those fees and charges to take effect from 1 April 2023 (or as soon as practicable thereafter taking account of legislative requirements).
