Following a tender process terms for an
operating agreement have been put together to include improvement
works to the train which much be completed within 6 weeks of the
granting of the agreement.
To grant an operating agreement to the winning
tenderer for a seafront train for one season only, subject to
improvement works to the train being carried out.
Option 1 - to accept the winning tender
Option 2 - to refuse the tender and have no seafront train
Option 3 - to run an in house or alternative service for
sightseeing and moving people around.
