for permission to carry out non-intrusive surveys over some of
TDC's coastal land in Holland-on-Sea, Great Holland, Frinton-on-Sea
and Dovercourt.
To grant the Licence which runs for a 12 month
period and allows non-intrusive assessment of land, environment and
ecology.

Option 2 - To refuse to grant the Licence
