Decision:
To agree terms for a freehold disposal in respect of nine (9) bus shelters located throughout the District of Tendring, and to authorise the Corporate Director (Operations and Delivery) to complete the transaction, as set out in the report, and on such other terms as he considers appropriate.
Reasons for the decision:
To allow all bus shelters within the County to be under the same umbrella and maintenance regime.
Alternative options considered:
To retain the freehold of the bus shelters and continue maintaining them.
