A decision is required by the Council to
accept grant funding to the value of £1,972,000. The grant
was awarded following the Council's successful application to a
process initiated by MHCLG. This grant funding and subsequent
project will form part of the Council’s Back to Business
agenda in supporting the local economy.
To accept a SELEP Grant to the value of
£1,972,000.
Further Information:
The money will be used to construct 13 affordable rent business
units offering a total of 9,500sq.ft. lettable area and a covered
local market of 10 affordable pitches. A further decision will be
published outlining the use in due course.
