Alternative options considered:
This matter relates to an unlawful change of
use of a building to a dwelling house within the Mistley
conservation area. Associated was the internal fitting out of the
property with a kitchen and a WC/bathroom. A new door and a revised
window layout were also inserted. Two Certificates of existing
lawful use had been refused for use as a dwelling house.
