To Submit a Bid for Funding to the Private Rented Sector Innovation and Enforcement Fund to undertake some private sector housing stock condition surveying work.

Option 1 - Not submitting a bid - this was considered but ruled out as the funding, if awarded, can be put to good use.
Option 2 - Submitting a bid - this option is the most favourable and will enable the Council to undertake work that would not otherwise be possible.
