To appoint a TDC Member representative on the Local Highways Panel for the Tendring District.

Decision:

To appoint Councillor Gina Placey to represent TDC on the Local Highways Panel for the Tendring District in the place of Councillor Mark Stephenson who is now on the Panel in his capacity as an Essex County Councillor.

Reasons for the decision:

To ensure that the Council has its full representation on the Local Highways Panel following the Essex County Council by-election of 3 October 2019 for the benefit of the Council and the wider community.

Alternative options considered:

To not make an appointment.
