(i) Acceptance of the transfer of Plot 11 (House No.12) Avocet Place, Clacton Road, Thorrington, Colchester, Essex to the Council as an Affordable Housing Dwelling; and
(ii) Acquiring a shareholding in Avocet Place Management Company Ltd (Company No. 11084219) with the official representative of the Council to be nominated by the Chief Executive.
If the Council did not accept the property, the Affordable Housing Contribution agreed as part of the S106 Agreement and Planning Permission would not be met.
In addition this 3 bedroomed bungalow will form part of the Council’s Housing Stock.
Not to accept the property or acquire a shareholding in the management company, would result in the affordable housing being lost.
