The re-ordering is acceptable subject to the provisions set out in the attached e-mail dated 30 August 2019.

Alternative options considered:

Under the March 2018 Westfield and Park S106 agreement there is provision to re-sequence and re-prioritise the Restoration Scheme. The applicants of the application therefore proposed the re-sequencing as set out in the attached letter. This was considered and accepted as per the attached Head of Planning's e-mail dated 30 August 2019.
