To agree to a 1 year extension to the current contract with Allpay for the provision of a barcode payment service in accordance with the original terms of the procurement process undertaken in 2017. (two year contract with the option to extend for a further year)

To extend the contract with Allpay Limited for a further year (to the end of June 2020), at an estimated cost of £42,000.

Option 1 - To undertake a procurement process. As the contract is working satisfactorily and that market conditions have not changed significantly in terms of value for money, this option was not continued with.
