Part 3, Schedule 1 - Functions not to e the
responsibility of an Authority's Executive.
The discharge of the Town
A Planning Contravention Notice was issued in
2017 as to apparent breaches of these conditions. These were
understood to relate to the site under planning permission
TEN/522/71. Subsequent investigation reveals that the planning
permission does not relate to the main house. It is now believed
the property was built in the period 1923-1947 as one of the early
phases of point Clear before the start of the present planning
system and thus there is no planning permission necessary for its
construction. As a result there are no planning conditions
applicable. Thus no further formal enforcement action can be taken
as to any conditions.
No further action needed. Case closed.
