To act as lead consultant on current 5 year housing land supply at the Public Inquiry on behalf of Tendring District Counsel to include attendance at the Public Inquiry, all preparation work and attendance at necessary meetings.

Peter Brett Associates have worked closely with NM Strategic Solutions Ltd providing significant advice to Tendring District Council in respect of a number of recent Public Inquirys, including the ongoing Examination in Public for the emerging Local Plan concerning the Councils 5 year land supply position. It would not be cost effective for the Council to seek other consultants for this work as they would effectively be ‘starting from scratch’ on what is a complex matter. Appointment of Peter Brett Associates is therefore considered cost effective.
