(a)     the installation of new play equipment at Dovercourt Pool Play Area, Dovercourt; and

(b)    the appointment of Kompan Ltd as the contractor following a procurement exercise.

Reasons for the decision:

In accordance with the Council’s Procurement Procedure Rules, to accept the tender quotation from Kompan Limited and enter into a contract with them to carry out the installation of new play equipment at Dovercourt Pool Play Area.

 

This is in line with the following corporate objectives:-

 

To improve assets.

To improve poor infrastructure.
