Due to development in Kirby some S106 money has become available to make improvements to the only play area in Kirby. There has been some improvements to this play area over the last few years. There is now a need to improve the pathways through the play area to enable the play area to be used safely all year. The current aerial runway will be replaced.

To release Section 106 money to Tendring District Council for improvements to the play area at Halstead Road, Kirby Cross.

To not use the money and return to the devleoper.
