Great Bentley Parish Council have requested to release S106 funds towards the improvement of play equipment at the only play area in the village.
Following development in the village there is now a need to improve the current play equipment to cope with the additional residents.

Decision:

To allocate £1310.00 of S106 to Great Bentley Parish Council for the improvements of the play equipment at Heckford Road.

Alternative options considered:

Not to allocate the funds and return it to the developer.
