That the Performance Outturn Report for the approved Highlight Priorities 2021/22 be published, circulated to all Members and uploaded to the TDC Website in line with the Council’s transparency policy.

Reasons for the decision:

To provide for an end of year assessment of Performance against the approved Highlight Priorities 2021/22 to be placed in the public domain.

Alternative options considered:

To not publish the document – discounted as this is contrary to the transparency commitments of the Council.
