Decision:

To accept an award of £300,000 of grant funding from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities to progress a project for the delivery of 3 x specialist Changing Place facilities in Brightlingsea, Clacton-on-Sea and Holland-on-Sea.

Reasons for the decision:

To support the Council’s commitment to delivery of high quality services and public spaces to be proud of and modern high quality buildings and facilities for customers and staff.

 

Community Leadership through Partnership delivering health and wellbeing by effective services and improving public health.

 

The grant requires the Council to complete 2 x facilities in 2022/2023 and a further project in 2023 / 2024.
