To hold fees at their 2021/2 levels for 2022/3 as indicated in the schedules.

Option 1 - Increasing fees significantly - not proposed - Inconsistent with back to business and recovery agendas
Option 2 - increasing fees in line with inflation - not proposed - may fail to recover costs involved and could produce irregular fee levels.
Option 3 - holding fee levels - proposed- appropriate balance between back to business and financial priorities.
Option 4 - Decreasing fees - not proposed - Inconsistent with the Council's overall financial position.
