To continue to support Click it Local for a further 6 months. Providing an online shop for local independent businesses free of charge which will provide an Essex wide customer base for local traders.

Reasons for the decision:

Provide a free Amazon type platform for Essex businesses throughout the Christmas period to support recovery from the pandemic. This is a partnership decision from members of the North East Essex Board.

Alternative options considered:

Not to provide further support meaning that the platform would no longer be free for businesses
