request from the Secretary of State for Housing and Communities and
Local Government Care to put in place a 6 month licence to them
over some land for the purpose of a medical testing and/or
vaccination centre. Alton Park Road Car Park in Clacton has been
identified as a suitable location.
To grant a 6 month Licence over part of Alton
Road Car Park, Clacton, for the purposes of a medical testing
and/or vaccination centre.
Other locations were considered, but on
investigation were not suitable.
