To extend the current Additional Restrictions Business Grant Scheme to 31 March 2021 (from 15 February 2021) to ensure it remains inline with the Government's Mandatory 'National Restrictions' Schemes.

To enable financial support to be made available to local businesses as soon as possible in line with the guidance issued by the Government.
