Following a purchase request from a neighbour
of the Open Space, a feasibility assessment was carried out.
Following a feasibility assessment, it is not
considered to be feasible to sell part of the Open Space located
off Huntingdon Way/Marion Avenue, Great Clacton. This is due to a
covenant for use as Open Space, drainage and utility rights through
the area.
