Decision:

That the Portfolio Holder for Housing notes the contents of the officer report and gives approval:

(i)      for the Council to exchange the Turnkey Agreement and acceptance of the transfer of Plots 4-6 inclusive (House numbers 8,10 and 12) and plots 7-10 inclusive (House Nos 14, 16 18 and 20) at Ronson Drive, Thorpe-le-Soken, Essex to the Council as an Affordable Housing Dwelling; and

 

(ii)     to acquiring a shareholding in Henderson Park (Thorpe le Soken) Management Company Limited (Company Registration Number 10971509) with the official representative of the Council to be nominated by the Chief Executive.

Reasons for the decision:

A decision is required in accordance with the Council's constitution.
