Decision:

That the Corporate Director for Operations and Delivery approves the terms for a new lease, as set out in the current position section of this report and authorises the Assistant Director for Building and Public Realm to enter into a lease of the property on these terms and such other terms as he considers appropriate.

To not grant a new Lease and continue with annual Licences.
