The Eastern Community Homes/ Local Authority Partnership has been
set up to cover the east of England and provide support to the
member organisations in respect of community led housing
development.
The Council is making a contribution of £3000 to the
partnership covering the period from April 2021 to March 2023. The
contribution will be paid from the Council's community housing fund
grant.
The Council has already been working on developing community led
housing in the district and this partnership will support and
complement the work that is already underway.
To enter into a Memorandum of Understanding
for the Eastern Community Homes' Local Authority Partnership
No other options have been considered.
