To approach two contractors to request quotations for seafront activation using gamification options as part of the National Heritage Trail.
The products will be used to encourage the community to use the trail and increase physical activity. There will be a need for evaluation during and after the project.
The provision of gamification products is specialised.
Budget of £30,000 has been allocated for this from the National Heritage Lottery Funded Heritage Trail.

There are only two suppliers who are able to provide quotations that will meet the needs of the project.
Therefore the request is to approach the two suppliers following the procurement process for requests for quotations.
