To instruct Sewells Reservoir Construction Ltd to carry out the demolition of Honeycroft Sheltered Housing Scheme as the lowest tender received after undertaking the necessary procurement exercise in-line with the Council’s constitution.      

 

Reasons for the decision:

Following consultation with the Housing Portfolio Holder and in order to carry out the Cabinet decision taken on 13th July 2018 (minute number 33).

No other options considered once the tender evaluation process had been completed.
