(a) To agree the principle of granting a new lease in respect of land and building on Swimming Pool Road, off Wick Lane, Dovercourt, CO12 3TA; and
(b) To agree terms for that new lease and to authorise the Corporate Director (Operations and Delivery) to complete the transaction as set out in the report and on such other terms as he considers appropriate.
To facilitate the renewal of the lease agreement for a further period of 21 years.
To refuse the granting of the new lease.
