(a)       To agree the principle of granting a new lease in respect of land at Holland Haven, Holland-on-Sea; and

 

(b)       To agree terms for that new lease and to authorise the Corporate Director (Operations and Delivery) to complete the transaction as set out in the report and on such other terms as he considers appropriate.

Reasons for the decision:

In order to renew the current agreement so a radio communications tower can continue to be sited here.

To refuse the granting of the new lease.
