To agree both the principle of granting a new lease over 60 & 61 Church Street, Harwich and the terms for such a lease.

 

To also authorise the Corporate Director (Operations and Delivery) to complete the transaction as set out in the Officer reports and on such other terms as he considers appropriate.

To renew the lease over the properties in order for the tenant to continue running the business.
