An informal consultation has been undertaken dated 30 June 2020 including all Statutory consultees as required by the 1993 Public Path Order Regulations and other interested user groups and Statutory Undertakers. No objections were received.

It is considered that the diversion satisfies the requirements of the Town and Country Planning Act in all respects.
