Alternative options considered:

The extension is not to the approved drawings. It is believed not to be to the agreed dimension. It also involves a raised platform/balcony. The unauthorised development is contrary to national and local planning policy. Matter reported to senior officers who have agreed that two Enforcement Notices be issued. These were issued on 13th March 2020.One as to unauthorised development and the other as to breaches of planning conditions as to the above permissions. Both take effect on 17 April 2020.They then give two months for compliance unless a prior appeal is lodged. Further details are available via the Councils Enforcement Notice Register.
