Agree terms for the Lease renewal of 2 Nayland Drive, Clacton

Decision:

To approve the principle of the granting of a new lease of Green Elms Health Centre, 2 Nayland Drive, Clacton-on-Sea for a 10 year term; and

 

To approve the proposed terms for a new lease of Green Elms Health Centre, 2 Nayland Drive, Clacton-on-Sea for a 10 year term and authorise the Acting Corporate Director (Operations and Delivery) to enter into a lease of the building on these terms and on such other terms as he considers appropriate.

 

Reasons for the decision:

In order to complete the renewal of the Lease.

Alternative options considered:

To not grant the Lease and leave the building empty.
