The Finance and Corporate Resources Portfolio Holder and Deputy Leader of the Council  and the Portfolio Holder for Housing approve the principle of and terms for the leasehold purchase of 91 Clarkes Rd, Dovercourt. Subject to contract.

Reasons for the decision:

The Portfolio Holder for Finance and Corporate Resources approval in December 2017 provided authority to initiate the process of negotiation and valuation of the purchase in accordance with the Council’s Property Dealing Policy.

 

This authority seeks authority to complete the transaction.
