All delegations are subject to consultation where considered appropriate in the circumstances (paragraph 4.3 (4(ii) - Part 3.39).

To submit a bid to the Housing Infrastructure Fund bidding process for Marginal Viability funding in respect of infrastructure provision in Jaywick Sands, Clacton-on-Sea. To facilitate the opportunities for redevelopment and regeneration of the Jaywick Sands area.
