The developer has fully complied with the
conditions of the Section 106 agreement and requested the transfer
of the land in accordance with the agreement.
Agreement to transfer an area of open space
approximately 100 square metres to TDC pursuant to the Section 106
Agreement - Land at Wittonwood Road, Ken Gatwood Close from
developers in accordance with the above agreement.
Option 1 - The alternative is to return the
£25,000 contribution to the developer.
Option 2 - Local members support the introduction of play equipment
for the toddler age on this site as a welcome facility in the
area.
