After obtaining three quotes, to appoint
Enplan. Unlike other applicants for the work, Enplan could offer
"in-house" landscape advice as well as planning consultancy. This
was considered to be both cost efficient and allowed for
co-ordination in the production of the necessary planning and
landscape evidence.
