To agree to a variation of the Heads of Terms for a Lease over Rush Green Bowl, Clacton, previously agreed by Cabinet in June 2017.
Reasons for the decision:
In order to be able to finalise the Lease in a timely fashion and meet the criteria required for the tenants funding applications.

To not agree to vary the terms.
