Purpose:

To enter into a memorandum of understanding with NCS Property Maintenance to deliver Energy Company Obligation funded energy efficiency measures to residents of the District.

Decision:

To enter into an MOU with NCS Property Maintenance to deliver ECO funded measures in the District.

Alternative options considered:

Option 1 - Not entering into an MOU - this would disadvantage our residents who would not have as great an opportunity to receive fully funded or subsidised energy efficiency improvements.
Option 2 - Entering into an MOU - this is the most appropriate option and adds to the pool of contractors who are signed up to deliver the measures in the District.
