It would also strengthen operational capability during Clacton Airshow by supporting buoy laying, reducing reliance on external contractors and improving patrol coverage, while enabling Clacton Volunteer Lifeguards to reinvest the proceeds into a more suitable watercraft, further improving local water safety.
