(a)   To reconstitute the Assets Management Task & Finish Working Group with the membership as set out hereunder:-

(b)   To reconstitute the Council’s Enforcement Arrangements Task & Finish Working Group with the membership as set out hereunder:-

 

Councillor Dan Casey

Councillor Bernie Goldman

Councillor Paul Honeywood

Councillor Graham Steady

 

(c)   To not reconstitute the Housing Strategy Development Infrastructure and Temporary Accommodation Task & Finish Working Group at this present time.

 

Reasons for the decision:

To expedite Inquiries that were approved by the Committee and included within its work programme for 2025/26.

Alternative options considered:

To not appoint the Working Groups. This was rejected as it would prevent Members from undertaking overview and scrutiny of the matters in question and would be contrary to the aims and aspirations of the Committee’s approved work programme for 2025/26.
