Tendring District Council wish to release S106 held for improvements at Old Road Recreation Ground. The funds would be used for the purchase of football goals. This will enable Old Road to be come a regular hub for local football.

To release £7,028.88 of Section 106 money to Tendring District Council, for the purchase of football goals at Old Road Recreation Ground, Clacton under project 298.

Alternative options considered:

If contribution is not allocated it would need to be returned to the developer.
