In order to assess the feasibility and implications of selling the freehold of the Columbine Centre to Frinton and Walton Town Council. This will include obtaining a valuation, legal review, and consultation with relevant stakeholders.

Alternative options considered:

To retain the freehold and continue with the current lease arrangements.
