Purpose:
Natural England has requested consent for
consultants to access land at Holland Haven to conduct a survey as
part of the England Ecosystem Survey.
Following discussion Natural England's legal team has provided a
licence agreement.
It is proposed to agree the licence to facilitate the access.
Decision:
To enter into a licence agreement allowing
Natural England and their agents to carry out nature surveys at
Holland Haven
Alternative options considered:
Option 1 - Agree the licence - proposed -
facilitates Natural England's work.
Option 2 - Not agreeing the licence - would not assist in the
ecological work of the partner organisation.
