To release £992.58 Section 106 money to St Osyth Parish Council for the installation of benches at the play area known as Dumont Avenue, Point Clear, St. Osyth under project 286.

Alternative options considered:

If the S106 money is not allocated for improvements in St Osyth it would need to be returned to the developer.
