micro-library.
This decision is to grant a standard licence agreement to Weeley
Parish Council to allow the placing and use of the telephone box as
above.
Decision:
To grant a standard licence agreement to
Weeley Parish Council to allow the placing of a telephone kiosk on
land at Hilltop Crescent Weeley and to operate it as a community
micro-library.
Alternative options considered:
Option 1 - Grant a licence - Proposed -
facilitates a local facility.
Option 2 - Not granting consent - not proposed - would prevent
local facility being created.
Option 3 - Completing a freehold transfer of the land - Not
proposed - the land is owned within the HRA for housing purposes.
Procedures involved would be at cost and would detract resource
from other priorities.
